Dr. Isha Kampoowale, Dr. Mushahid Hussain Baig, Dr. Mojtaba Rezaei, Dr. Muhammad Rafiq, Prof. Jieying Hong will be present at ICAMS-2025!

ICAMS-2025 is scheduled on 11 September 2025 (Beijing Time). Dr. Isha Kampoowale, Dr. Mushahid Hussain Baig, Dr. Mojtaba Rezaei, Dr. Muhammad Rafiq, Prof. Jieying Hong will be present and give their speeches at this conference!

Dr. Isha Kampoowale is a dedicated research scholar with over six years of experience in academia, marketing, and social development. She recently completed her PhD in Management from Azman Hashim International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, with a focus on SMEs, digital transformation, innovation, and firm performance. Awarded a prestigious foreign study scholarship by the Government of Madhya Pradesh, India, she has published 14 research papers in high-ranking international and indexed journals. Her research spans topics such as ethical leadership, big data analytics, ESG, and organizational behavior. Dr. Kampoowale is also a reviewer for renowned journals including Emerald, Springer, Elsevier, and others. She has contributed to academic book chapters and served as a keynote speaker and award-winning presenter at national and  international conferences. With a background in social work through government and NGO initiatives in India, she brings a people-centric and impact-driven perspective to research and education.

Dr. Mushahid Hussain Baig is a committed researcher in the fields of corporate finance and sustainability, currently serving as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Southwest Jiaotong University, Sichuan, China. He previously worked as a Research Associate at COMSATS University Islamabad, Attock Campus, Pakistan. His research interests include corporate governance, financial accounting, financial technology (Fintech), and sustainable development. Dr. Baig has been actively involved in five research projects and has published 15 research papers in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals. He has also participated in several academic conferences and workshops, contributing to the advancement of research in his areas of expertise.

Dr. Mojtaba Rezaei is an Assistant Professor at Catholic University of the Sacred Heart (Milan), specializing in AI-enabled knowledge management, innovation, and business internationalization. With publications in ABS 3/2 journals (e.g., Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Journal of Knowledge Management) and a monograph under review (Knowledge Management in the AI Era), he leads research on impact evaluation of emerging business models (funded project: €19,456). Dr. Rezaei serves on the editorial board of Social Sciences & Humanities Open and employs advanced mixed methods (SEM/CFA/Delphi). His cross-cultural expertise bridges Iranian-Italian academic contexts, informed by 5 years of corporate experience in agricultural finance and market strategy in Iran.

Dr. Muhammad Rafiq is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management at UCSI Graduate Business School, UCSI University (top 1% worldwide), Malaysia. Prior to his academic career, he was a Coordinator of UE Business School at the University of Education, Vehari Campus, Pakistan. He received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from the School of Management of Harbin Institute of Technology, China (top 1% worldwide). His current research areas cover Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour, such as job insecurity, work engagement, job attitudes, job embeddedness, and job outcomes. He as the Co-Principal investigator/PI has completed some funded research projects and has published over 37 papers in high-quality journals, 9 books/book chapters and some conference papers. Based on his great publication record, his current H-index is 22 (Google Scholar), and 16 (Scopus). He also serves as the Associate Editor and Editor for journals, including Vision: The Journal of Business Perspective, PLOS One, SAGE Open, etc., and also is reviewer for several journals. Dr. Rafiq holds several professional memberships. He is a member of the Malaysia Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM), Qualitative Research Association of Malaysia (QRAM), and Productivity Association of Pakistan (PAP).

Jieying Hong is an associate professor at the School of Economics and Management, Beihang University. Previously, she held a position as an assistant professor at ESSEC Business School and obtained her PhD from Toulouse School of Economics. Her primary research interests include corporate finance, green finance, contract theory, and Fintech. She has published her work in journals, such as Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, and Canadian Journal of Economics. She has also worked as an ad hoc referee for Journal of Finance, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, Journal of Business Venturing.
