informationDr. Wajahat Ali is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Beykent University, Türkiye. He received his Ph.D. in Operations Research from Aligarh Muslim University, India (2022–2025). His research interests span operations research and optimization theory, including sustainable transportation and logistics, sustainable supply chain management, mathematical programming, multi‑objective optimization, fuzzy logic, and artificial intelligence. He has published 23 Scopus/WoS papers, with 263 Google Scholar citations, an h‑index of 9, and an i10‑index of 9. He serves as a reviewer for over thirty international journals, including Computers & Industrial Engineering and Annals of Operations Research. He is a co‑researcher on a UCSI University‑funded project on optimizing sustainable medicine distribution in rural areas using crowd‑shipping, and has presented his work at numerous international conferences.
