Dr. Abdelsalam is an Aassistant Professor in the College of Business Administration at A'Sharqiyah University in Oman. He has over 10 years of academic and professional experience, holding several managerial positions within the academic sector in different countries. Dr. Abdelsalam has been the Head of Business administration department, quality and accreditation, Coordinator of MSc program. He has also been in industry as head of research and studies, strategic planning in Sudan. His academic expertise covers various courses, including Supply chain, Warehouse management, logistics management, Strategic Management, Marketing management, and Entrepreneurship. In addition to teaching MBA students, he has over 10 years of experience instructing post and undergraduate students.
Dr. Abdelsalam also has an impressive publication record, having authored over 30 articles in reputable peerreviewed journals. Moreover, he has supervised and examined PhD and Master's degree students and served as a reviewer for several international journals. Beyond academia, Dr. Abdelsalam has a record of professional experience in research and development, planning. He has facilitated workshops and training for entrepreneurship, career development, and self development.
