Dr. Monika Arora is a Professor at Amity University Haryana with more than 27 years of diverse experience in teaching and industry in the domains of Analytics, Information Technology, and Operations. She has contributed to the corporate sector with reputed organizations such as Nucleus Software Exports Limited, Platinum Edu, and Global Information System Technology. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from MPBHOU, Bhopal, an MCA from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, and a B.Sc. (Mathematics Hons.) from Devi Ahilya University, Indore. In addition, she has completed the Graduate Certificate in Advanced Lean Manufacturing Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, in association with the Mizuho India Japan Study Centre (MIJSC).
Dr. Arora has been a resource person for more than 35 Management Development Programs (MDPs) and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs). Her expertise spans across a wide spectrum, including Data Analytics, Machine Learning using Python, Statistics with R, Data Visualization using Tableau and Power BI, Analytics and Data Modelling in Excel, Project Management, Data Analysis using Excel, and Research Methodology. She has successfully conducted training and consultancy programs for organizations such as Target Integration Pvt. Ltd. (Gurgaon), Walter Bushnell, Martin & Harris Pvt. Ltd. (New Delhi), Apeejay Education Society (New Delhi), and Govind Ram Kahan Chand (GRKC, New Delhi). She has also carried out consultancy assignments for Netaji Subhash Open University and the Royal Government of Bhutan. She serves as the Editor of Amity Management Analyst and the Journal of Content, Community and Communication. She has authored one book and published over 100 research papers in reputed national and international journals. Additionally, she has been a reviewer for reputed journals such as the International Journal of Indian Culture and Business Management (IJICBM) and Benchmarking. Her research and academic interests include sustainable practices, data mining, e-commerce, data retrieval, and analytics. Under her guidance, two Ph.D. scholars have successfully completed their doctoral research, and she has also completed an ICSSR-funded project.
