Dr. Sobia Jamil is currently an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Business Management, Karachi, Pakistan, and a Visiting Faculty member in the Department of Public Administration at the University of Karachi. She completed her PhD in HR from the University of Karachi in 2025. Her research interests span human resource management, employee behaviour, workforce diversification, and human resource development. With approximately 13 years of teaching and research experience, she has published 27 academic papers, including articles in international journals and Scopus-indexed conference proceedings. Dr. Jamil has been involved in US-Pakistan university partnership grants and serves as a reviewer for several international journals.
