Dr. Shashi Bala Rai is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Panipat Institute of Engineering & Technology (PIET), Panipat, and also serves as the head of the Outreach Committee at the Department of Management Studies and as the chairperson of the Entrepreneurship Development Cell at PIET. Her expertise encompasses Business Planning, Social & Rural Marketing, Sustainability, Research Methods, Marketing Research, Business Analytics, and Entrepreneurship. She holds more than 11 years of work experience in higher education and consultancy, and is the first research scholar in the domain of Social Marketing to conduct a longitudinal survey tracking actual behavior change. She has been regularly providing consultancy services to GT Bharat, ISRPL, Liberty Shoes Ltd., IOCL, TripoSaints etc.
